Rooms are very well kept. The staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They are pet friendly which is a big plus as most hotels are not in the area. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.
I have been staying at the Wood Spring for almost 3 years. I love it here. Nylan is an amazing front desk clerk Kirah is an amazing front glass clerk and the new GM Kendrick is amazing. I don’t know what we’ve done before them and then the area manager, Allen he is amazing too. I thank you for letting these people be a part of our lives. They have shaped up the Wood Spring and made it a very nice place to stay. and I cannot forget about Miss Francis. She went off the top of my head, but she’s a very nice respectable front desk clerk, and I’m grateful for her too.
